A Federal Judge Hands President Trump A Temporary Loss By Extending The Restraining Order That Puts a Halt To The “Fork in the Road offer to federal employees”

President Trump’s agenda to scale back the federal workforce is hitting some bumps in the road. A few weeks ago, an offer to buy out more than ‘2 million federal civilian employees’ was sent via email. This did not sit well with Democrats who immediately sued to put a halt to on the offer. A temporary restraining order was issued by Judge George O’Toole and today he extended the ban. We don’t know when he will make another decision on this matter.

“We are pleased that today the court continued his injunction from last week, continuing to enjoin OPM and defendants from implementing the fork in the road directive, the so-called bailout,” Elena Goldstein, the lead attorney for a group suing the administration on behalf of labor unions, said after the ruling in a Boston courtroom. “We hope that this decision today will provide civil service workers with the assurance that the American people have their backs. And we will continue to pursue all legal options to ensure that they are protected and that the law is upheld.”

Serval people on the X platform were not happy with the Judge’s order. John A Stoker said,

“Judge O’Toole is absolutely an un-American, anti-American, liberal, political judge playing politics where he has no right to interfere and he is not protecting the American people!”

Janice Reed posted,

“So looks like judge george o’toole didn’t get the memo from THE AMERICAN VOTERS .WE WANT CHANGE AND ACCOUNTABILITY . You are deliberately setting up roadblocks . THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE”

Democrats are not looking out for the taxpayers. It’s obvious they want more big government to have control over our lives. They have proven this in the past over and over again. The Make America Great Again agenda is going to have a lot of obstacles to dodge but I have all the faith that President Trump and his administration will get the job done.
