President Trump’s Border Czar Tom Homan is moving at a rapid pace to round up and deport the worst illegal migrants in America. The failed policies of Biden and his DHS Chief, Alejandro Mayorkas and is going to take years to clean up. We see progress being made every day by the entire Trump team and know they will not rest until the job is done.
The number of Illegals crossings at the southern border has been rapidly trending down since the day President trump was sworn in.
This is pissing the Democrats off and they are losing their collective minds. Every day they are trying anything and everything they can get away with to impede those efforts. Others refuse to cooperate with immigration enforcement, like Boston’s Police Commissioner Michael Cox. He will not help Ice agents with their civil immigration detainers. Yep, he along with Mayor Michelle Wu are not going to help at all.
While speaking on a segment of WCVB’s “On the Record” show, Cox, who was appointed as police commissioner by Wu in 2022, said that in line with state and city laws, Boston police officers “don’t have authority to enforce federal immigration law.”
Pressed on whether this policy conflicts with federal immigration law, Cox said that “the Boston Police Department has pretty defined rules and we abide by the law here in the state.”
“We just don’t do that,” he said. “We don’t enforce civil detainers regarding federal immigration law. It’s defined here in the state, and that’s just how it works.”
Of course, he would have an excuse and say he can’t do anything to assist his fellow law enforcement brothers and sisters. He would rather sit in the dark and be mad at President Trump for trying to Make America Great Again! What a disgrace he is and what a disgrace the mayor is! They both should resign!
