Trump’s Speech To Congress Was Powerful And Unifying

 

In a divided nation, the people can still agree on important issues. Lowering violent crime rates, building vital infrastructure, and strengthening the economy to name a few. On February 28th, The president addressed congress for the first time in his term. The contents of his speech were both inspiring and unifying to a country in great need.

“From now on, America will be empowered by our aspirations, not burdened by our fears, inspired by the future, not bound by failures of the past, and guided by a vision, not blinded by our doubts,” Trump said

Over the next few weeks congress will be presented with legislation to reform our broken tax system, protect our borders, and create American jobs. The president urged congress to work together FOR the American people. The people who elected them. The people they work for.

President Trump touched on broad ideas and presented his vision to ‘Make America Great Again’. The plan was well received. Today even the mainstream media is buzzing with a welcomed positivity. A new era is beginning. America will be strong again.
