Joespeh G. — Federal agencies are dismantling diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in response to the executive order issued by President Trump on the first day of his presidency. This action has trickled into the intelligence community — Including the CIA and FBI.

Since then, various federal agencies, including the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and the National Security Agency (NSA), have begun to roll back their DEI programs.

“We are complying with the EO and Implementing Guidance. CIA sent out a notice on 31 January stating that Agency Resource Groups (ARGs), Directorate Resource Groups (DRGs), and Workforce Partner Groups have been disbanded.”
President Trump’s order has also begun to impact private businesses, such as Disney. Disney’s HR department sent out a note to staff stating:
“Beginning this fiscal year, Disney will replace the “Diversity & Inclusion” performance factor that it used to evaluate executive compensation with a new “Talent Strategy.” The new “Talent Strategy” factor includes concepts from its old “Diversity & Inclusion” factor, but is more focused on how values drive business success.“

Misinformation from the left has spread quickly after new DEI rules were implemented. The fact is, no one has lost their job for being a DEI hire. President Trump’s EO aims to make future hiring less discriminatory based on race and gender, instead focusing on an applicant’s merit. Furthermore, it’s extremely doubtful that a single Trump voter is regretting their decision. The President is delivering on exactly what he promised on the campaign trail.
