This is blatant politically biased censorship.
YouTube is continually removing all video clips from President Trump’s lawyer Jesse Binnall, from the Senate Homeland Security hearing on 2020 election fraud.
The Google subsidiary has stated that they will be “removing content alleging widespread fraud or errors changed the outcome of a historical U.S. presidential election.”
They also added, “For example, we will remove videos claiming that a presidential candidate won the election due to widespread software glitches or counting errors. We will begin enforcing this policy today, and will ramp up in the weeks to come. As always, news coverage and commentary on these issues can remain on our site if there’s sufficient education, documentary, scientific, or artistic context.”
They did not elaborate on what context would allow for comments on election fraud. This announcement pushed conservatives pundits and free-speech supports to speak out.
Binnall quickly took to twitter to put blast the left-wing censors:
“YouTube has decided that my opening statement in the U.S. Seante, given under oath and based upon hard evidence, is too dangerous for you to see; they removed it. To this day, “our evidence has never been refuted, only ignored.” Why is Google so afraid of the truth? #BigBrother“

YouTube has a long history of censoring conservative voices, while courts continually defend YouTube, claiming that “YouTube was a private forum despite its “ubiquity” and public accessibility, and hosting videos did not make it a “state actor” for purposes of the First Amendment.”
As we all know, this is absolute BS, and should not stand. (Those who have not already, should consider supporting YouTube’s ‘free-speech’ counterpart rumble.com)
